Rules and Policies

Please note that Signature Suites IS NOT A HOTEL; THEREFORE WE DO NOT HAVE A FRONT DESK WHERE THE SUITES IS LOCATED.

We are a suites rental company that manages private suites in different high rise building across Calgary. The accommodation provided has facilities that allow guests to cater to their own day to day needs.  Our concept is ideal for people who want to be left alone to enjoy their holiday without the worry of disturbing other guests in a luxurious and comfortable environment. 

The building where your suite is located has its own building management however this building management and/or security staff do not work for Signature Suites. Guests should not contact the building management staff and / or security staff under any circumstances.

All our suites have a NO SMOKING AND NO PETS policy. ANY INDICATION OF A PET OR SMOKING IN THE SUITE WILL BE A FORFEIT OF SECURITY DEPOSIT AND IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR RESERVATION.

Signature Suites properties are equipped and set up as a  LUXURY furnished condo with a fully equipped kitchen, TV’s, internet, telephone, fully furnished living room and dining room, and bedroom(s), Including, towels, mattress covers, pillows and pillow protectors, linens and bedding, All to be left in the same condition as found.

Signature Suites reserves the right to cancel any reservation:

  • All reservations are final. Please verify your reservation information before confirming your booking

  • A security deposit is mandatory for each booking. All deposit is refunded within 7 business days following the check-out if no damages are made to the suite. Refunds are applied to the registered credit card

    • charges will appear on statement as “Signature Suites"

    • A security deposit of 500$ is required for all suites:

  • A one-time cleaning fee is charged per booking as per the following:

    • 80$ for all suites:

  • Any reservation modifications or cancellations requests must be communicated by email to info@signature-suites.com

  • Reservation modifications may be applied within 24h following the booking and are subject to availability. Signature Suites as the right to refuse any modification request

  • All cancellations made by Signature Suites will be communicated in writing to the guest at the email address provided with the reservation

  • Signature Suites as a 50% REFUND policy for booking within 60 days prior to arrival.

  • There is NO REFUND for reservations cancelled after 59 days before arrival 

  • For Monthly and Yearly bookings cancellation policy please refer to your confirmation email and agreement

  • Cancellations made within 24h after the booking may be refundable but is subject to Signature Suites decision

  • Cancellation made 24h after the booking confirmed are subject to Signature Suites cancellation policy

  • Signature Suites as the right to cancel a reservation

  • All cancellations made by Signature Suites will be communicated in writing to the guest at the email address provided with the reservation
